Sichuan Province - "heavenly country" is located in the South West of China and is known for it's bold flavours in it's traditional cooking methods which can be traced back as far as 2,000 years.
Sichuan Bang Bang adheres to the principles of Sichuan cooking, however, spice and chilli affect different people in different ways.  If you love the flavours and heat like the Sichuanese do, please request your orders to be "crazy hot"!
